For many organizations, working from home has become the solution for keeping employees through the pandemic, and many companies plan to continue with a work-from-home or hybrid schedule. Chances are, you or someone in your household is currently working from home. While working from home may sound good, it requires self-discipline, which is a lifelong learning experience (we aren’t born this way!). This week, Jeff Kahler shares some successful work-from-home practices. He also self-evaluates to see how he measures up!
